Our Process is Agile
After 10+ years of learning from each project, we have continually refined our process to help ensure projects are delivered on time, and within budget. We stay in close communication with our clients throughout each stage of developments to make sure expectations are clear and met.
1. Workshop
From the beginning our focus is on product/market fit starting with a workshop on strategy to connect your vision to a product scope your target users want and need.
This initial brainstorming will identify obstacles and opportunities as well as clarify next steps like generating a brief or making a start on wire-framing.
2. Wireframes & Blueprints
We turn the product/market analysis and business case into a set of wireframes and technical documents (API + Data Layer) for you before going into code.
The blueprints are the go-to documents for our clients and developers, detailing the experience your users will have, screen by screen, revealing exactly what we are building and why.
3. The Design
Along with the Blueprints the, we dig into the design, creating graphics, animations and choosing color themes and typefaces to match your style/brand guidelines.
We can work with your graphics team or create the graphic assets from scratch.
4. Development
Our developers turn the Blueprints and design docs into clean, maintainable code that gets thoroughly tested by our QA team before sending to you for review - this is where the rubber meets the road and your product starts coming to life.
We use a Scrum framework in our Agile process. Scrum works well for new products as it allows flexibility when faced with the many unknowns new products involve, allowing us to more easily adapt the product roadmap as needed.
5. Production Deployment
When your app is ready for market, our team will deploy the production environment, integrating with your company’s infrastructure and security protocols and uploading to the app stores.
We keep you informed of each step of the submission, review and approval processes. Any issues, we handle them for you.
6. Support & Maintanence
When an app is ready for release we look at it as a beginning and will stay with you over the long term for changes, additions or updates.
We offer block-of-time support contracts and make sure any issues are taken care of quickly when your application is live in the market.

Our skill sets
Our team has a wide-range of skills that span the entire web and mobile development industry, from database management to polished frontend design. We're well-versed in backend technologies, including NextJS and TypeORM, ExpressJS, and Ruby on Rails. This toolkit enables us to build solid, efficient server-side applications that power complex web services.
On the frontend, our skills in ReactJS and NextJS for server managed frontends and rendering allow us to create engaging user experiences. Our capabilities also include AngularJS and VueJS for building dynamic interfaces while TailwindCSS and Storyboard keep CSS structured and easy to work with particularly in large projects.
On the API side, we have the most experience with TensorFlow and Rasa for training models. For our AI toolkit and workflow within the company we use many tools but Co-Pilot is the most used for active development.
